Right next door to Lost Pines, McKinney Roughs Nature Park is the ultimate outdoor playground for kids and adults. Hike, jog, or bike through 18 miles of scenic trails with ample wildlife-watching opportunities, get your adrenaline pumping on one of the guided UTV tours, or climb a 40-foot rock wall. You can even raft down the Colorado River. Entry day passes are just $5 for adults, $2 for seniors and disabled, and free for children 12 and under.
